This depends on the country and quantity. Shipping is based on the weight of the items ordered. Packaging a
and international postal fees applies. Within Germany, shipping is free or discounted for orders of more than Twenty items. Subject to retailers’ agreements.

Yes, books within Munich and Germany are posted at a standard postal rate.
Other countries - international postal rates apply and can be calculated via the cost calculator.
Note: There are discount or waived postal fees in some cases depending on numbers ordered or offer.
For some countries import tax may apply.
We are happy to receive the book back within 14 days. Provided the items purchased are still in the condition they were purchased, i.e. new and no markings or tear, they can be returned to the outlet of purchase.
Please note refunds will only be processed when the book has been received in expected new condition. Refunds made may take up to 7 to 10 working day, depending on the transaction type or bank.
Exchange for another book is also welcome.
